Join the HOUR & HALF  adult beginner & intermediate ballet class with the director of the School Mrs. Myriam Frederick. She delivers a complete fat-burning, muscle-toning and cardiovascular workout in a single class. 

We all know dancing ballet requires a lot of strength, that's why we do a 10 minute stretching and strengthening workout in between barre and center that will ultimately get you to the next level.

Whether you dance your whole life or you're brand new, we are sure everyone will enjoy the class no matter the level of expertise! Try it today!

Ms. Mia Redding trained at the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater in New York City. She taught at Sarasota Ballet season 2016 & 2017.
